Flexco® Everdur® Size 190
Everdur fasteners are a made from a copper alloy making them non magnetic and non sparking. Their most common use is on overland magnet belts on mobile crushers. Due to their copper content they aren’t as strong or as hard wearing as regular steel clips. The Flexco® Bolt Solid Plate Fastening System produces a strong, sift-free splice with superior holding ability thanks to a combination of top-and-bottom plate compression and high-tensile-strength bolts.
Size 190 are suitable for belt thicknesses from 8mm to 14mm and recommended min. pulley dia. 460mm (18”) although commonly used on drums as small as 300mm.
Both sizes are available in a box of 25.

HP1 punch, HW1 Wrench, Quick change chuck, 190 template, 110 Bolt breakers
