Established in 1987…
County Conveyors was originally established in Sheffield in 1987 by Terry and Sue Owen. Humble beginnings meant the company first resided in Terry’s garage throughout the early years, with just one old van to reach his customers. He began specialising in the supply and fitting of belts on specialist industrial machinery, both onsite and in-house. Terry recognised the need for quality belting and saw how using premium tools and materials resulted in greater and longer periods of productivity for our customers.
Over 35 years later, some things haven’t changed; our focus is, as always, on service and value. The company remains a tight, family-run operation by Terry's eldest two sons, John and Lewis Owen.

In recent years we have seen the County Conveyors team grow which has allowed us to reach more customers and travel further afield providing a premium service and a fast response. The map graphic on this page shows where we’re based and where our customers are.
We remain committed to minimising downtime and maximising productivity for our customer’s machinery by providing a 24/7 breakdown service across the United Kingdom. Our wealth of experience and in-depth knowledge of clipping and vulcanising is what enables us to continue to deliver top quality work from road planers to crushers, we work on it all.
Evolving technology has enabled us to now launch an online sales sector, enabling our customers access and explore a variety of tools and materials online at any time.

As an established company operating in this ever-changing economical climate, we feel it’s crucial to continue to offer our customers the best service and value we can; this requires considerable research into where we source our belts and what the best quality materials are.
