Bolt Hinge complete joint “J carton” comprising of the following:

• 2 Strips of fastener to required belt width

• 2 Pieces of filler tubing

• 1 Hinge pin

• 1 Gauge pin

• 2 hinge pin washers

• Required amount of nuts and bolts

Installation equipment required:

• Flexco HP1 Punch

• Flexco 550 template

• Flexco H100 Wrench

• Flexco 110 Bolt Breakers
